From optimizing my site to trying to figure out a way to manage the sites stats this past week came with its own ups and downs.

This past week I have been focused on getting set up and putting things in place to make sure that I am able to monitor the statistics on the website.

One thing I’m starting to see is that there is no set end date to the beginning stages of building a blog…especially one that you want to turn into a business.

Increasing Site Speed

I have had my site for a couple of months and i have been doing nothing but adding stuff to it to improve it as much as i can.

Then I started to notice the site started to slow down. And if you know anything about SEO then you know that is a red flag that won’t do me any favors when it comes to getting ranked.

I was sure there would be a million things that would be needed to be done and sure enough when i checked my website performance on Google’s PageSpeed Insights, there was.

It outlined everything that was affecting the speed of my website and even gave me a grade on my site’s performance…lets just say it was nothing to home and brag about.

So i went to the best place i know to get web developers to  fix technical issues with websites, Fiverr.

The dev was surprisingly quick in working on the speed and was done in literally one day.

If you have a website and you aren’t sure what to do when it slows down, just go to fiverr. You will always find somebody to help you out there.

Monster Insights

So I have been using the regular version of Monster Insights.

After a few weeks I felt that I needed something that offered me a little more.

So I talked myself into upgrading to their paid service and trying to take advantage of the better features to better help me understand the features on the site.

So far, I can’t say that the purchase has been worth it or if I made a good decision or not.

Though I did just get the upgrade so it will probably take some time for me to fully understand how to use its features.

I will keep using this and see what I can do with it.

If it ends up not helping me out at all then I will be in the market for a new program…or maybe i should just stick with google page insights

How To Make Every Run in Hades Faster? https://thekarzu.com/es/how-to-make-every-run-in-hades-faster/ https://thekarzu.com/es/how-to-make-every-run-in-hades-faster/#respond Tue, 12 Jan 2021 09:44:00 +0000 https://thekarzu.com/?p=3351 Hades finally officially came out in September 2020 after being in early access for almost a couple of years.

The game has won the hearts of many critics and players alike. It is one of the best-reviewed games of 2020 when it comes to critics, and it is widely loved by the general public too.

This is because the game features great combat, as well as the touching story of Zagreus as he attempts to escape from the realm of his father, Hades.

In Hades, you’ll actually be going against the god of the dead himself while playing as his son.

On each run that strictly goes against your father’s orders, you’ll be facing all sorts of different threats. Here’s how you can prepare yourself in the best way possible.

How To Make Every Run in Hades Faster and Easier?

When it comes to Hades, everything is actually reliant on your and your skill alone. Every single run’s result depends on your own ability, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t get some help along the way.

In every single chamber, you’ll be finding all sorts of rewards that will be helping you along the way, most of which will be gifts from the Olympian Gods themselves.

Once you get an idea of which of these rewards you need the most and how all of them can help you, you’ll surely be doing much better in Hades.

  1. Daedalus Hammers

Arguably the most important chamber reward of all are the Daedalus Hammers. These are the hammers left behind by Hephaestus, who was the blacksmith of the Gods themselves. While Hephaestus sadly isn’t in the game himself, you’ll find that he’ll still be helping you out a lot with his hammers.

These hammers of his upgrade your weapon permanently for a run. These upgrades are usually very helpful and you can use them to your advantage in all sorts of different situations.

Depending on the weapon and the choices that you have in front of you, the Daedalus Hammers will allow you to upgrade just about any aspect of your weapon.

You can upgrade range, damage, damage to armor, gain entirely new abilities for your weapons for the current run, and much more. These changes are obviously just for the current run that you’re playing, but they help a lot more than most boons, and can never be removed from your weapon until you die either.

This is why it is recommended that you mainly prioritize Daedalus Hammers and choose to go into the chambers that have them.

2. The Best Boons

You might read here and there that this God’s boon is better than the other God’s and all that, but you should really pay much attention to this.

Every single deities’ boons are great in their own right, and you shouldn’t have to prioritize any single one of them.

It is recommended that you keep using different ones with every single run so that you can truly find out which ones help you the most.

However, this doesn’t mean that there aren’t some particular strengths to each boon that you should look forward to. For example, there are obviously some boons that are much better for the attack as compared to defense and vice versa, while there are obviously some that are better for melee, some for the cast, etc.

When it comes to melee attacks, the two god boons which you’ll likely find the most helpful are Ares and Poseidon.

Both of their special and attack boons are great, as Poseidon’s knockback effects as well as Ares’ doom effects are capable of helping you deal a lot more damage.

When it comes to ranged, Artemis and Zeus are quite great. In terms of defense, it must be said that Athena and a couple of specific bonuses from Aphrodite help out the most in that department.

Like this, there are specific strengths to each deities’ boons, so you can’t say for sure that any specific one is the best.

Your weapon also plays a key role in determining which boons are the best for you, as Artemis and Dionysus are quite great for the bow, Poseidon and Zeus for the spear, Athena for the shield, and more of the sort. That’s why it’s important that you experiment with all of the boons yourself, and determine which ones work the best for you.

3. Don’t Just Focus on Power-Ups

Just focusing on the chamber rewards that can help you deal damage isn’t important. You need to keep in mind that health is important as well, which is why you should get centaur hearts every now and then to increase your max health.

Getting coins is a good option as well, as Charon sometimes has great things in store at his little shops. Darkness and gem rewards are also something that you should occasionally focus on, as both can be used for permanent upgrades that last even after a run is over.

In short, strong power-ups aren’t the only important rewards in Hades, and thinking from a tactical point of view greatly helps your chances of succeeding as well.

4. Knowing What Keepsakes to Use

There are lots of different keepsakes that you can get in Hades. These keepsakes are things that you’ll be earning by gifting things to all the different main characters.

Every single keepsake has its own great advantages, and you can only keep one with you at a time.

Once again, it is recommended that you try all the different ones out and don’t listen to anyone that might tell you that any specific keepsake is much better than the rest. They all have great bonuses and are worth checking out.

It is important to note that you can also unlock a bonus that allows you to change keepsakes between each region of Hades’ realm. You can unlock this through the house contractor, and it is highly recommended that you do so as it makes things much easier in each run.

The gaming accessories you use with your set up can make or break your gaming sessions. In many cases, it is the difference between playing at your best or playing like a bot.

We have all been there. Starting with nothing but a console and a TV. The goal now is to improve that set up over time.

A monitor here, controller rack there. Your setup actually starts looking better as you add on to it.

But sometimes you just feel like something is missing. You may know what you need, or you might know what is needed but not know what to get, or you might be completely oblivious to the things that could greatly improve your set up.

Real world example, for longer than I would like to admit, I was completely blind to the importance of having a gaming monitor and its effect on your play…until I got one.

    Completely changed EVERYTHING.

My goal is to provide you with gaming accessories that you didn’t know needed until now. Everything on this list is aimed at improving your quality of life while you game so you have the best experience possible.

Stream Deck – Even for non gamers

As video game streaming continues to grow more people are starting to take a shot at making a name for themselves everyday.

If you are serious about streaming, then getting a stream deck just might be for you.

A stream deck will help you out with things like setting multiple hotkeys for a variety of programs for streaming and video capture services, as well as other tasks like clipping game footage and setting macros amongst other things.

Overall it is a great addition to improving the quality of your stream.

Though a stream deck makes things seamless while you are live streaming, you don’t necessarily have to be a streamer to find it extremely useful. It can also serve as a strong productivity tool.

This video by Elgato shows 5 ways you can use your stream deck for productivity rather than for streaming.

Because it is built with programmable hotkeys, you can use it for just about anything you can think of.

Things You Can Do With A Stream Deck For Streamers and Non-Streamers

    • Set hotkeys for in-game for quick quick navigation
    • Launch apps
    • Control your music
    • Muting and unmuting your mic
    • Copy and Pasting Documents
    • Online Class Production
    • Turn things that will normally take multiple steps to complete into 1 step

Check out this reddit thread to see the different ways people use their stream decks for things other than streaming.

    Stream Deck Options

Some of the best stream deck options out there.

    Best Budget Options

    • UpDeck – Free App you can get on your phone and use to control your stream.
    • Number Keypad – A simple keypad can basically do the same thing a stream deck will do for you fundamentally with the right programs. just don’t expect much when it come to more effective features. and they are harder to set up.

    Gaming Keypad

This gaming accessory is for my PC players out there. The PC master race just got a whole lot stronger.

Rather than playing on the traditional Mouse and Keyboard, a Gaming keypad gives you the same functionality, but saves you space in your set up and provides you with more comfort.

Unlike the traditional keyboard, the keypad was built specifically with gaming in mind and brings all the keys you will really need together all at better positions for gaming.

Here are some benefits of a gaming keypad

    • Everything in one place – all the keys you will ever need are brought together for you at better positions
    • Comfort – the right keypad will greatly improve your gaming experience. Because of its convenience, you likely won’t have to move your arm as much as you would on a keyboard
    • Size friendly – its smaller size – compared to a keyboard – frees up a lot of arm space for you giving the freedom to move your arms however you want
    • Additional features – features will vary depending on the brand you get.

    Monitor

Does a monitor make much of a difference when you game?

    YESSSS, it does.

    I can’t stress this enough!

For so many reasons, gaming on a monitor compared to playing on ANYTHING else is just…better.

The main reason to get a monitor over anything else is the response time and refresh rate.

You have to buy a premium TV to get a good response time and refresh rate, but you can get a good gaming monitor for a fraction of the price it takes to get a TV to do the same.

This is especially important if you play competitive games where having a fast reaction time is especially important.

    Gaming Monitor Options

Here are some gaming monitor options to get you started.

    Monitor wall mounts

    Credit: u/ThePlebble on Reddit

There are 2 reasons to have wall mounts.

Convenience and to free up space.

Wall mounts for your monitor will help you free up space on your desk which is a luxury that, personally, I feel I don’t have enough of.

    Best Value Options

    Headset Holder

This a gaming accessory that can be easily overlooked. But it will increase the quality of life on your set up.

Headset holders and usually set up on the side or under your desk. This helps you make sure your headphones are out of the way and not just always sitting on top of your desk.

    Best Value Options

Here are some options for headset holders for different positions depending on your preference.

Wireless Bridge – For Stronger Connectivity

If your gaming setup is far away from your router, then odds are you aren’t getting the internet speeds that you should be getting to play online effectively.

A wireless bridge fixes this issue by expanding the range of connectivity in your home.

Think of it as bringing your router closer to your setup, but not really.

As soon as you set up your wireless bridge, you will instantly notice the difference in speeds.

    Best Value Options

    Gaming Chair

A proper gaming setup is not complete without a proper gaming chair.

If you game for hours on end then the right chair can make the difference between getting up at the end of your session comfortably or with back pain.

If you have ever had a bad gaming chair then you know too well the challenges that come with it.

If you aren’t sitting down comfortably at your setup then you will not play well. It just doesn’t work. Odds are you will spend a good amount of your time trying to figure out the best way to sit that won’t make your ass hurt.

A good gaming chair with good back support is a required gaming accessory that I feel ALL gamers need. Whether they game seriously or for fun.

It’s like having to sit all day at work on office chairs that haven’t been changed in years. You get up at the end of the day with back pain, everyday.

    Gaming Chair Options

Here are some gaming chair options to get you started.

    Best Value Options

    Best Budget Options

    A Good Mouse Pad

While gaming there is no telling when you will need to extend out your arm and how far you will need to extend it.

Be proactive and get a mouse pad good enough to handle those moments.

    Best Value Options

    The Gaems

Gaems has given “Game on the go” a new meaning.

Gaems changed the game with its series of gaming accessories.

Their boxes let gamers not only carry their game systems in secure cases but also play wherever they feel like.

Their boxes come with its own monitor, storage for your controllers, power supplies, and other accessories , space to hold your gaming console, and with all the needed outlets to power your system and play on included 19” monitor.

This is probably the most convenient way to do it if you find yourself not having time to play your games because you are always on the move and never at home.

The box itself is not too big and can be subtle. Just pull it out whenever and start gaming with no problems.

This is probably the most practical gaming accessory that I have seen in a while. I still can’t believe I never knew this existed.

    Best Option

    Gaems Vanguard

    Conclusion

Hope this list was able to give you some ideas of things that you can add to your set up to make it better and improve the quality of your gaming sessions.

6 Easy Tips To Get Better At FPS Games https://thekarzu.com/es/6-easy-tips-to-get-better-at-fps-games/ https://thekarzu.com/es/6-easy-tips-to-get-better-at-fps-games/#respond Sun, 08 Nov 2020 23:42:17 +0000 https://thekarzu.com/?p=3049 Getting really GOOD at fps games can be a challenge. Especially if you don’t have the time to play the game 12 hours a day.

    You know who does?

Those 13-year-olds cracked out on G-Fuel who play the game so much that it is pretty much an extension of their arms.

So how do you keep up with them?

This post will cover tips to help you get better and hopefully, go back to enjoying your time when you go up against these cracked out 13-year-olds.

    Adjust Your Game Settings

This is probably the most overlooked tip on this list and it literally makes the biggest impact. A lot of gamers simply load up their game and go online and start playing right away.

    This is wrong.

Take the time to mess around with the settings to make sure that you are completely comfortable with them.

Settings like your sensitivity, audio settings, and visual setting can really transform your gaming experience and even make you a better gamer.

For example, you might be color blind having trouble distinguishing colors in-game because you never went to your settings to turn on the games color blind setting.

Also, you might prefer to play on higher sensitivities but are playing on a game lower default putting yourself at a huge disadvantage.

    Practice!

This might seem unnecessary for video games.

After all, it is just a game and why should you need to practice?

Gaming today has made things possible that were never possible in the past. And because of this, so many people dedicate their lives and a fuck ton of their time to making sure they are at their best when it comes to how they play games.

For the rest of us looking for a casual experience in more competitive games, this means we need to do something to try to keep up.

If you hate dying 5 seconds into your matches and/or losing about 95% of your 1-on-1 gunfights, then you need to practice.

Practicing has become so important that just about every competitive game today has a mode in the game where players can go and practice and get better and more comfortable with the game mechanics.

Like everything else in life, practice makes perfect.

    Aim for the chest

Normally you want to aim for headshots because typically it is the best spot to shoot at to do a lot of damage. But if you find yourself missing a lot of your shots or having issues tracking your target, try aiming a little lower.

Shooting the chest can be just as effective as hitting the head. You still deal a lot of damage and it’s a bigger target to hit.

As you get more comfortable with shooting, you will see your shots get more consistent you will even get more comfortable going for headshots.

Don’t Reload, Switch Weapons, It’s faster.

If you ever played Modern Warfare 2 then you know where I’m going with this.

If you are in the middle of a gunfight and run out of bullets before you are able to take out your target, SWITCH WEAPONS. Don’t just sit there reloading letting yourself get shot at without firing back.

Switching weapons gives you a better chance of surviving that gunfight and it is always faster than reloading which means you will have a better chance of getting that kill so you can move on to the next target.

If you need to reload both of your guns…well, good luck with that. Maybe throw a grenade or something?

    Get Used to Maps

Believe it or not, knowing the map does, and will always, make the difference between winning and losing your gunfights or even the game.

“Knowing the map” doesn’t just mean that you recognize what map you’re playing on.

“Knowing the map” means learning how to recognize where you are on the map, knowing where “holes” are where you might need to go to take cover to heal, or simply just hide from bullets.

Getting familiar with the spots on the map where you can go to get the upper hand on your enemy. Keep in mind that a lot of times this will mean getting somewhere higher than the level your target is.

    Communicate with your team

Depending on how competitive you are playing, or what type of game you are playing, good communication with your team an go a long way.

In games like CS: GO, Call Of Duty, Apex Legends, and Rainbow Six communication is the bread and butter of a really good team.

This is because the right type of communication and really make a difference when it comes to clinching the win.

Here are some situations where you should be communicating:

    • calling out where you spot the enemy team,
    • telling your team when you are out of ammo,
    • letting your team know you hear the enemy around the corner,
    • letting your team know you got shot,
    • letting them know how much damage you did to the enemy team
      • BTW when you say someone is 1 shot, Please be very sure they are one shot!

Games Confirmed To Be Upgraded For PS5 https://thekarzu.com/es/games-confirmed-to-be-upgraded-for-ps5/ https://thekarzu.com/es/games-confirmed-to-be-upgraded-for-ps5/#respond Sun, 25 Oct 2020 22:34:26 +0000 https://thekarzu.com/?p=3044 The release of new consoles has brought up questions about what games will be playable on the next-gen consoles.

Thankfully some game developers are already notifying their fans that not only will their games be playable on the new consoles, but they will also take steps to ensure the enhancement, performance, and upgrades for the next-gen versions of their game.

For a lot of games, this means they will now run on 4K at 60 FPS on the Playstation 5 consoles. A pretty significant upgrade from Playstation 4 that only allowed these games to run at 30FPS.

Here is a list of games confirmed to have been confirmed to have an upgrade:

    • Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
    • Borderlands 3
    • Control
    • Cyberpunk 2077
    • Dead by Daylight
    • Destiny 2
    • Dirt 5
    • DOOM Eternal
    • For Honor
    • Guilty Gear Strive
    • Maneater
    • Marvel’s Avengers
    • Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom
    • Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate
    • Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege
    • The Elder Scrolls Online
    • The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
    • Watch Dogs Legion
    • Yakuza: Like a Dragon

    How Do Free Upgrades Work?

The upgrades will work differently depending on how the developers decide to handle them and what version of the game you own (digital or disc).

For example, if you purchase a digital copy of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on the PS4, you’ll be able to upgrade to a digital copy of the game on the PS5 for free.

If you have the disc version of the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla then you can still play the PS5 version of it as long as you use the PS4 version of the disc.

For more info on this, check out my post detailing this more here.

    You Can Get Custom Faceplates For Your Playstation 5 Console https://thekarzu.com/es/you-can-get-custom-faceplates-for-your-playstation-5-console/ https://thekarzu.com/es/you-can-get-custom-faceplates-for-your-playstation-5-console/#respond Sun, 25 Oct 2020 04:48:06 +0000 https://thekarzu.com/?p=3031

A third party company has already started to accept pre-orders for custom faceplates for the PS5. As the release of the PS5 gets nearer, the hype for the next-gen console has only gotten bigger.

In Sonys’ recent release of a video showcasing a full breakdown of the Playstation 5 console, they provided measurements of the different parts of the console, including the faceplates which we saw could be easily detached from the main body. So it is only natural for third party products to start popping out the woodworks.

The Platestation 5 site has opened up pre-orders for custom faceplate designs for the new console.

It offers many design options: Cherry Red, Chromatic, Indigo Blue, Jungle Camo, and Limited Edition V1 Matte Black. With each priced at $39.99.

The websites team says the idea started with wanting to provide the PlayStation community with a matte-black finish for the console because it is what it believed the community deserved. Thanks to encouragement from their own community and manufacturers, we got more customized colors. Who knows maybe we will get more options in the future.

Because they are still in the pre-order stage there is no way to know if they got the right size to fit the PS5 or if they provide the products they promise. At least not until they start shipping.

10 Different Type Of Gamers: Which One Are You? https://thekarzu.com/es/10-different-type-of-gamers-which-one-are-you/ https://thekarzu.com/es/10-different-type-of-gamers-which-one-are-you/#respond Fri, 23 Oct 2020 00:23:35 +0000 https://thekarzu.com/?p=3017 Gamers come in many different shades and with different personalities. To the world “all gamers are the same”, but if you are a gamer yourself and you have friends that are gamers, then you know that couldn’t be further from the truth.

In this post, I will name the different types of gamers. Are you one of them?

    Hardcore Gamer

This is the gamer that never goes to sleep.

Playing games is more than fun to him

They sleep, eat, and poop gaming.

Don’t even think of trying to get them to get off the game until they are ready. Some hardcore gamers even go on to be professional gamers playing for E-Sport teams or to be the stars of their own successful gaming live streams.

    The Try Hard

This gamer is kind of like the hardcore gamer except they don’t necessarily no life the game they play.

The try-hard does take what they play very seriously and is very competitive to boot.

The try-hard is always ready to be tested and is always begging someone to challenge them. Their game is their domain and you better be ready for all the heat if you ever run into one.

    The Casual Gamer

This is a gamer that only plays for fun. They won’t take the game seriously and definitely don’t expect them to play long hours with you because more than likely they will get bored after a couple of hours.

There are more casual gamers out there than there are people that take gaming seriously which is why most gamer that does take the games we play seriously, tend to get stuck with “bot” on our teams for us to carry.

    Mobile Gamer

    Just…why?

Because mobile games are awesome and scratch the itch that sometimes console and PC game just can’t scratch.

Being 24 years old today and thinking back to my days in high school when I got my first smartphone. One thing I remembered enjoying was my discovery of the app store.

Games like Temple Run, Subway Surfers, Jetpack Joyride were what kept me entertained through all those boring hours at school.

It is convenient and it is nice carrying your personal gaming device in your pocket. I am pretty sure just about everyone is a mobile gamer.

    The Online Gamer

The online gamer could fall under the category of hardcore or casual as a gamer. Honestly, in our world today if you aren’t playing games online, then are you really a gamer?

Playing games online (with or against people) has become the bread and butter of what all popular games have. Fortnite, Call of Duty, Apex Legends, Rainbow Six etc.

The online gamer enjoys the trills that come with gaming with and against people. From working with your squad to finally beat that boss in destiny 2 to taking that same squad to Call Of Duty and destroying some noobs.

    The Backseat Gamer

This is the gamer that has already beaten the game you just happen to be playing and knows all the secrets and spots that will help you beat the game that you would never have found out without their help…not really.

Beating the game themselves isn’t enough. This gamer will stand over your shoulder and will try to tell you how to play the game.

Don’t be this guy. It is very annoying.

    The Old School Gamer

This is the gamer that lives in the past.

They are not impressed by your better graphics, improvements in FPS, or the specs in the latest graphics card.

Oh, new consoles are coming out?

    They don’t care.

Give them an old school Gameboy, maybe a Sega system and they will be in heaven playing their favorite old school games.

If you know someone like this, cherish them. We all need a trip back to the past every once in a while.

    Trophy Hunter Gamer

    The name speaks for itself.

This is the gamer that absolutely has to turn every game they play inside out and get every possible achievement that they can to beat the game 100%.

This is a point of pride for these people and if it wasn’t for them. I honestly don’t think the rest of us normies would be able to get some of the hard to get unlockables that are in games these days.

Ever think to yourself, “I would love to know how they expect me to do that”. Just ask a trophy hunter. They got you covered. There are literally hundreds of them on YouTube.

    The Cheater

    Ahh yes, the cheater.

We both love and HATE this guy. Sometimes they make games a lot more fun and sometimes they make you wonder why they were even born.

Of course, this depends on the type of cheater you deal with and what that cheater has chosen to do with his cheats.

Cheaters do with our video games what the developers never intended. Their sole mission is not just to break the game, but to force the game to bend to their will.

    Puzzle Gamer

This guy loves puzzles and will only play puzzle games.

The harder the puzzle, the more these guys will get off. They enjoy the process it takes to solve a good puzzle.

Trying different approaches, different strategies, different ways of thinking are their bread and butter.

Games are an opportunity to compete against themselves to improve how they solve puzzles.

Let me know what type of gamer you are in the comments below. Personally, I would say that I am a hardcore gamer, a big try hard, an online gamer, and a casual gamer all in one. I enjoy playing a wide variety of games and when it comes to gaming online, especially first-person shooters, I am a huge tryhard.

How To Upgrade Your PS4 Games To PS5 https://thekarzu.com/es/how-to-upgrade-your-ps4-games-to-ps5/ https://thekarzu.com/es/how-to-upgrade-your-ps4-games-to-ps5/#respond Wed, 21 Oct 2020 21:18:32 +0000 https://thekarzu.com/?p=3011 As the release date for Sonys PlayStation 5 gets nearer, you might already be thinking about what is going to happen with your favorite PS4 games.

Well, don’t put those games to the side just yet, because a lot of developers are looking forward to upgrading games to be compatible with the new consoles.

Sony along with some third-party developers will be offering free upgrades from PS4 to PS5.

But how WOULD you upgrade when the time comes?

PS4 to PS5 Upgrade With Disc Drive

    1. Sign in to your existing account on your PS5 console (or create an account).
    2. Insert the eligible PS4 game disc.
    3. Go to the game hub for the PS4 game.
    4. Select the upgrade offer on the game hub and review the upgrade offer.
    5. Select Download (or purchase with the discount price) to download/purchase content.
    6. After the download is complete, you can play the PS5 digital game by inserting the PS4 game disc. (NOTE: You will need to keep the disc inserted each time to play the game).

PS4 to PS5 Upgrade With Digital Copy

    1. Sign in to your existing account on your PS5 console.
    2. Find the PS5 game in PlayStation Store, or by Search, and go to the game hub for the PS5 game.
    3. Select the upgrade offer on the game hub and review the upgrade offer.
    4. Select Download (or purchase with the discount price) to download/purchase content.
    5. After the download is complete, you can play the PS5 game.

    Keep in mind

Sony has let us know that while we will be able to play most PS4 games on the PS5 (even without upgrading), not all games will be available to be played.

Here is a list of games that will be playable only on the PS4:

    •  DWVR
    • Afro Samurai 2 Revenge of Kuma Volume One
    • TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge 2
    • Just Deal With It!
    • Shadow Complex Remastered
    • Robinson: The Journey
    • We Sing
    • Hitman Go: Definitive Edition
    • Shadwen
    • Joe’s Diner

Sony has also confirmed that your game saves and game data will also be transferable from PS4 to PS5 so you won’t have to worry about starting over and losing your game progress.

To play PS4 games on PS5, you will need to still use your PS4 controllers because the PS5 controllers will support different functions built for PS5 games.
